OTR Bulk Truck Driver (Class C) — $700–$1,300/Week

Our company is hiring OTR bulk truck drivers to haul freight over the road on multi-week runs. You'll load, secure and deliver freight while keeping your truck and paperwork in order.

Pay

• $700 to $1,300 per week, based on loads completed

• Load-based pay structure

• Paid training

Schedule

• OTR schedule: 2 weeks out, 1 week off

What you'll haul

• Bulk freight on a company-provided truck, running OTR routes

What you'll do

• Drive assigned OTR routes safely and on schedule

• Load, unload and secure freight, including using a pallet jack and handling heavy items

• Check your vehicle before and after trips and report any mechanical issues or incidents

• Keep accurate records of deliveries and trips

• Stay in touch with dispatch about delivery status, delays and route changes

• Keep your vehicle and appearance clean and professional

Requirements

• Valid Class C license or your state's equivalent

• At least 21 years old

• Clean driving record

• Must pass a background check and drug screen before starting

• Able to handle long stretches of driving and multi-week OTR trips

• Able to lift heavy freight, use a pallet jack and secure loads

• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working without direct supervision

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• At least 1 year of experience in the last 3 years driving a box truck, flatbed, straight truck or similar larger vehicle
