OTR Box Truck Driver — No CDL Required, $1,300–$1,800/wk

Our company runs expedited, time-critical freight across the country out of Pennsylvania, with one driver handling each load start to finish. You'll be behind the wheel of a 2024 Ram ProMaster box truck, running coast to coast on long over-the-road stretches.

The equipment

Your truck is a late-model 2024 Ram ProMaster with a 14-foot box, rated under 10,001 lbs GVWR. That means you won't need a CDL or a DOT medical card to drive it. Our company handles the upkeep so you can focus on driving.

Pay

• $0.45 per loaded mile

• $0.10 per empty mile

• Weekly gross typically runs $1,300 to $1,800

• Posted weekly range: $1,400.00 - $1,700.00

• Direct deposit every week

What you'll haul

This is a high-mileage, coast-to-coast OTR role built around expedited, time-sensitive shipments moved directly from pickup to delivery. Most loads are dock-to-dock, with shippers and receivers handling the loading and unloading, so touching freight yourself is the exception rather than the rule. You'll stay in contact with dispatch through each pickup, transit leg, and delivery, and keep your truck clean and inspection-ready.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience; box truck, cargo van, or expedited freight background preferred

• At least 23 years old, per insurance rules

• Ready to be away from home for extended periods — this is not a daily-home or regional route

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally on the loads that do require touching freight

• A smartphone and dependable communication, plus the ability to handle issues independently, even in unfamiliar places late at night

• Authorized to work in the United States
