OTR Box Truck Driver (26-Foot) — 1099, $1,000–$2,500/Week

Our company needs dependable OTR drivers to run general freight in 26-foot box trucks across multiple states. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, with both solo and team driving options available on extended interstate routes.

Pay

• $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week

• Compensation is based on experience and the specific routes you're assigned

What you'll haul

• General freight moved in a 26-foot box truck

• Multi-state OTR routes with scheduled pickups and deliveries

• You'll be responsible for loading, securing and handling the freight properly

Team driving

If you want more road time, you can team up with another qualified driver. Two drivers split the wheel on long OTR runs, working out driving and rest periods together so freight keeps moving while staying within DOT Hours-of-Service rules.

Requirements

• Prior professional driving experience, including time behind the wheel of a 26-foot box truck

• General freight hauling background is a plus

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Able and willing to be away from home for extended OTR stretches

• Must pass a DOT physical and keep a current Medical Examiner's Certificate

• Punctual, professional and able to handle the job without close supervision

• For team positions, you'll need to work well in close quarters with a co-driver over long trips
