About this job
Our company needs an OTR box truck driver for a 1099 contractor role. You'll run a 26 ft box truck on the road, away two weeks at a stretch, with dispatch handling your loads.
Pay
- Earn 20% per load
- Typical weekly range runs $1,000.00 to $1,400.00
- Paid weekly
Home time
- Plan to be out on the road for two-week stretches at a time
What you'll haul
- Mostly no-touch freight, though you should stay flexible since that's not guaranteed every load
- Dispatch is provided
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean record, plus a current DOT medical card
- At least 1 year of OTR experience and 1 year of driving experience overall
- Must clear an MVR check
- Dependable, professional, and ready to get moving right away
