OTR Box Truck Driver — $1,000–$1,500/Week

Our company is looking for a dependable box truck driver to handle over-the-road routes, staying out 1-3 weeks at a time. You'll be responsible for safe driving, on-time deliveries and hands-on freight handling along the way.

Pay

• $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week

What you'll haul

• Box truck freight on over-the-road routes, delivering to multiple locations on a set schedule

• Manual loading and unloading using a pallet jack, making sure items are secured properly

Schedule

• Trips run 1-3 weeks on the road at a stretch

• Hotel costs while traveling are split between you and the company

What the job involves

• Following all DOT rules for driving and freight handling

• Keeping to delivery timelines across your assigned routes

• Doing routine checks on the truck and flagging any repair needs right away

• Keeping accurate logs and delivery paperwork per company and DOT rules

• Staying in touch with dispatch and customers to coordinate drop-offs and sort out any problems on the road

Requirements

• Valid Class C driver's license (accommodations possible if needed)

• OTR driving experience preferred

• Familiarity with DOT rules for commercial vehicles

• Able to safely load and unload freight by hand with a pallet jack

• Solid time management to stay on schedule over long trips

• Clear communicator who can coordinate with dispatchers and clients

• Reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working independently
