Non-CDL Truck Driver — Home Daily, $28/Hour

Our company is looking for a Non-CDL truck driver based in Kent, WA, running solo routes into OR, WA and ID. You'll be home every day on a Monday through Friday schedule with some weekend work.

Pay

• $28.00 per hour, paid weekly

• Average weekly pay of $1120 or more

• At least 40 hours per week

• Hotel and meals covered when you're out overnight

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends

• Start time around 6:00 AM

• Both day and night runs available

What you'll haul

• Solo runs delivering copy machines, which involves touch freight

• You'll drive a 26' straight truck, 36 months old or newer

• Equipped with a pallet jack, lift gate, stair crawlers and a tablet

• Trucks are backed by 24/7 roadside assistance and fueling at more than 800 locations nationwide

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Minimum 6 months of verifiable driving experience, with qualifying experience patterns (6 months in the last 3 years, 2 years in the last 5, or 5 years in the last 10) in similar equipment if applying for a straight truck or box truck role

• Valid driver's license

• Able to pass a our company drug test, DOT physical, road test, and a background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol history verification from past employers covering the last 3 years

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and apply relevant rules and procedures

• This role does not require a CDL, though CDL holders are still subject to FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse checks

• Some assignments may involve extra screening such as employment or education checks, MVR review, a road test, or customer-specific badging

Responsibilities

• Drive safely while following all applicable safety rules and regulations

• Complete ongoing training and deliver good customer service

• Spot and address safety hazards

• Keep accurate records

• Help load and unload freight when the customer requires it

• Handle other duties as assigned
