Non-CDL Passenger Driver — Starting Pay $18.72/hr

Our company is looking for a Non-CDL Driver to safely transport passengers in the West Palm Beach, FL area. You'll run assigned routes while keeping riders comfortable and keeping things on schedule, with a strong focus on safety and customer care.

What you'll do

• Follow your routes and schedule closely, obeying traffic laws and safety rules

• Help passengers board, ride comfortably, and get off safely and on time

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks, flag any maintenance needs, and keep the vehicle clean and equipped

• Follow company rules on seat belts, emergencies, and other regulations

• Take on other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid driver's license

• At least 3 years of driving experience, personal or professional

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Able to work days, evenings, weekends and overnight shifts as scheduled

• Must pass DOT drug testing and physical exam where required; note that cannabis and other Schedule I drugs are not permitted under DOT rules even where legal locally

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without needing current or future sponsorship

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

The job involves a mix of indoor and outdoor work, along with periods of sitting and screen time, and may require flexible shift schedules.
