About this job
Our company, a FedEx Ground contractor based in Chicago, IL, is looking for a delivery driver to run local routes and be home every day. You'll work independently delivering packages to homes and businesses in the area, using a company vehicle provided to you.
Pay
- $160 to $250 per day, depending on experience, paid weekly
- Attendance bonus

Schedule
- Full-time, 5 days a week, including one weekend day
- Shifts begin at 7:30 AM and run until your route is finished
What you'll do
- Handle roughly 110 to 150 stops per day, depending on the route
- Load, scan, and deliver packages safely
- Do pre-trip and post-trip checks on your vehicle
- Follow GPS directions to complete your route accurately
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass an employer-paid background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
- Able to lift packages weighing up to 150 lbs
- Reliable transportation to get to the terminal at 5151 W 73rd St, Chicago, IL 60638
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- No CDL needed
