Non-CDL Package Delivery Driver — $180–$190/Day, Home Daily

Our company, a FedEx Ground contractor based in Jeffersonville, Indiana, needs a delivery driver to bring packages to homes and businesses in the local area. You'll work independently, stay on your feet, and return home each day.

Pay

• $180 to $190 per day, paid weekly

Schedule

• Flexible schedule, full-time, home every day

What you'll do

• Drive a company-supplied vehicle on a set route to drop off packages

• Load and unload the van and keep goods in good condition until delivery

• Map out efficient routes while following traffic and safety rules

• Check that packages and paperwork match before handing them off

• Keep customers informed and treat them professionally

• Stay in touch with dispatch about delays or problems

• Keep the vehicle clean and report any damage, crashes, or violations right away

• Follow all safety and operating procedures, representing the company well

• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 150 lbs to the customer's door

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Must pass a background check and drug test

• Courier experience is a plus, not required

• Solid grasp of traffic and safety laws

• Strong organization and time management

• Comfortable working solo and juggling tasks

• Friendly, customer-focused communication style
