About this job
This is a non-CDL box truck driving job with a sleeper cab, running OTR routes for a logistics company. You'll handle deliveries, loading/unloading, and some warehouse work.
Pay
- From $1,300 a week, with weekly Friday pay typically between $1,200 and $1,500
- Hotels covered on occasions when there's no cargo on the truck
What you'll haul
- General freight delivered via a non-CDL box truck equipped with a sleeper cab
Requirements
- 2 years of OTR box truck driving experience
- Experience must be recent, within the last 6 months
- Clean MVR and no criminal record
- DOT medical certificate
- Must provide a picture of your previous license and past BOLs
- Able to pass a drug test and start right away
What you'll do
- Drive a non-CDL box truck with sleeper cab on assigned routes
- Load and unload cargo by hand, pallet jack, or forklift
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow routes and schedules, adjusting for traffic or weather
- Help with warehouse tasks like organizing shipments and inventory
