About this job
Our company is looking for a Non-CDL OTR/regional driver to run a 26-foot box truck on Amazon Relay routes. You'll work as a 1099 independent contractor with a company truck and fuel card provided.
Pay
- $800.00 to $1,400.00 per week
- Paid out every Friday
- 1099 independent contractor status
What you'll haul
- Freight moved in a 26-foot box truck, no CDL required
- Loading and unloading by hand, pallet jack, or forklift as needed
- Deliveries tracked with ELD and paper logs
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Prior OTR and overnight driving experience
- Comfortable operating a 26ft box truck, including liftgate and pallet jack use
- Able to run an ELD correctly
- Solid grasp of route planning and handling for larger vehicles
- Able to hit delivery appointment windows on time
- Able to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and spot mechanical issues
- Clear communication with dispatch and customers on schedules or delays
- Background as a delivery driver or courier, ideally with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles
