Non-CDL OTR Box Truck Driver — $1,100–$1,500/wk

Drive a box truck on over-the-road routes for our company, based out of Davenport, FL. No CDL is required, but you'll need to handle a manual transmission and pitch in with warehouse work between runs.

What you'll do

• Operate a manual-transmission box truck on assigned OTR routes, following traffic laws and safety rules

• Get goods to customers on time and handle any questions professionally along the way

• Check your vehicle before and after each trip to catch safety or maintenance issues early

• Keep delivery logs, route paperwork and receipts up to date

• Help out in the warehouse with tasks like tracking inventory, moving stock and organizing shipments

• Stay in touch with dispatch and teammates to coordinate routes and flag any problems

What you'll need

• Background in delivery driving or courier work, with a focus on running efficient routes

• Comfort talking with customers and keeping interactions positive

• Warehouse know-how: loading and unloading, heavy lifting, and running equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks

• Familiarity with box truck driving and manual transmissions

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items safely

• Understanding of safety practices around lifting, load handling and vehicle operation

• A solid driving record with experience behind the wheel in varied conditions
