Non-CDL OTR Box Truck Driver — $1,000–$1,750/Week

Our company is looking for a Non-CDL box truck driver to run over-the-road routes, handling deliveries from pickup to drop-off at customer locations.

Pay

• $1,000.00 to $1,750.00 per week

What you'll haul

• Box truck freight delivered directly to customer sites across assigned OTR routes

What you'll do

• Drive a non-CDL box truck safely, following all DOT rules and traffic laws

• Load and unload freight by hand and with equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks, keeping loads properly weighted and secured

• Run pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks covering brakes, lights, tires and load security

• Log mileage and delivery details through onboard systems or a mobile device

• Stay in contact with dispatch and customers to keep routes on schedule and sort out any delivery hiccups

• Lift and handle heavy or bulky freight using safe techniques

Requirements

• Valid driver's license that qualifies you to operate a non-CDL box truck

• Commercial driving or delivery driving background

• Comfortable with manual lifting and material handling equipment; warehouse or material handling experience is a plus

• Understanding of DOT rules around weight handling and safe driving

• Experience with manual transmission is a plus, not required — training provided if needed

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Able to safely lift heavy loads following proper safety steps
