Non-CDL OTR Box Truck Driver — $0.60/Loaded Mile

Our company is hiring a Non-CDL driver to run a 26ft box truck on OTR freight routes, with occasional local work. You'll be a full-time W-2 employee delivering freight across the US, often out on the road for about 5 days at a time.

Pay

• $0.60 per loaded mile, paid by weekly direct deposit

• Expected annual earnings of $50,000-$75,000+ depending on miles, availability, and performance

• Performance and safety bonuses available based on year-end review

Home time

Expect to be on the road about 5 days at a stretch, with a Monday-Friday schedule and occasional weekends depending on customer needs.

What you'll haul

You'll operate a well-maintained 26ft box truck equipped with ELD, GPS/navigation tools, a fuel card, EZ Pass, and a pallet jack.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver's license (Virginia license required)

• At least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Minimum 1 year of box truck/OTR driving experience preferred

• Clean driving record, able to pass MVR and background checks

• Experience with a pallet jack and lift gate

• Comfortable using a smartphone, ELD systems, and navigation apps

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

• DOT medical card required

• Forklift experience a plus, not required
