About this job
Our company Inc. is a FedEx Ground contractor based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, hiring a local delivery driver to run daily routes in a company vehicle. No CDL is needed, and you'll be back home every day.
Pay
- $170.00 per day, plus a stop bonus for extra earning potential
- Paid weekly
Schedule
- Full-time, working 5 to 6 days each week including weekends
- Shifts begin at 7:30 AM and run until the route is finished
- Home every day
What you'll do
- Handle roughly 120 stops per day delivering packages to homes and businesses
- Load, scan and drop off packages using a handheld scanner and GPS
- Check your vehicle before and after each shift
- Treat customers professionally along your route
Requirements
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a company-paid background check, drug screen and DOT physical
- Capable of lifting up to 150 lbs and working outside in all weather
- No CDL required
