About this job
Our company in Allentown, PA is hiring a full-time delivery driver to run local routes and get customers their orders on time. No CDL is required, and you'll be back home every night.
What you'll do
- Run your assigned route each day, loading and unloading freight as needed
- Get deliveries to customers accurately and on schedule
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks, keep the truck clean, and flag any maintenance issues
- Follow traffic laws, DOT rules and company safety procedures
- Pitch in on other tasks as the team needs
Home time
You're home every day — this route doesn't involve overnight stays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of delivery driving experience in the past 3 years
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a DOT physical and a pre-employment drug test
- Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Minimum age 18
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Flexible schedule availability is a plus
