Non-CDL Local Box Truck Driver — Home Daily, No Weekends

Our company needs a Non-CDL box truck driver based near Carnegie, PA to run local solo routes delivering auto parts, home every day with weekends off.

Pay

• Weekly paychecks totaling $930-$1130

• Solo mile rate of $0.35 per mile

• Solo stop rate of $12.00 per stop

• Paid training included

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, weekends off

• Start time between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM

• Expect 40+ hours weekly

What you'll haul

• Auto parts freight that requires touch handling

• Routes stay within an 80 mile radius of Carnegie, PA, returning home daily

• You'll drive 16', 22', or 26' box trucks that are no more than 36 months old

• Pallet jacks, lift gates, and hand trucks are used on the job, and our company trains you on all equipment

• Trucks are backed by 24/7 roadside support and fueling at over 800 maintenance locations nationwide

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid driver's license (CDL holders should note this role doesn't require CDL-regulated driving, though FMCSA Clearinghouse rules still apply to them)

• At least 6 months of verifiable driving experience, meeting one of these: 6 months in the past 3 years, 2 years in the past 5 years, or 5 years in the past 10 years (must be in similar equipment for straight truck or box truck roles)

• Able to pass a our company drug screen, background check, motor vehicle record check, DOT physical, and road test, along with drug and alcohol history verification from past employers covering the last 3 years

• Able to follow instructions and apply relevant laws, rules, and procedures

Responsibilities

• Drive safely while following all safety rules and completing ongoing training

• Spot and address safety hazards

• Keep accurate records and help load or unload freight when the customer requires it

• Handle other assigned tasks as needed
