Non-CDL FedEx Delivery Driver — Home Every Night, Raleigh NC

Our company is hiring non-CDL delivery drivers to run FedEx routes in and around Raleigh, Durham, Knightdale and New Hill, North Carolina. You'll drive a company-provided box truck or step van on local routes and be home every night.

Pay

• Training pay starts at $100.00 per day

• After training, pay shifts to a performance-based structure

• Paychecks arrive weekly via direct deposit

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time openings, with exact days set after hire

• Typical shift runs from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, though end time depends on how quickly routes are completed

• Weekend availability is required

What you'll haul

• You'll deliver packages on assigned routes using GPS navigation

• Duties include confirming orders, collecting signatures or delivery proof, and helping load and secure cargo as needed

• You'll also handle customer questions and resolve delivery issues on the spot

Requirements

• Minimum age 21

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Able to lift as much as 150 lbs and manage physical demands of the job

• Comfortable working outdoors in any weather

• Must clear a background check, drug screening and a DOT physical, all paid for by the company

• Capable of operating the delivery vehicle safely
