Non-CDL Delivery Driver — $21.50–$25.00/hr

Our company, a FedEx Ground contractor based in Hunker, PA, is looking for local delivery drivers. No CDL is needed, and they'll train you and supply the truck.

The role

You'll drive a company-provided box truck on local routes averaging 60–120 miles a day, dispatched out of 2000 Labonte Drive in Hunker, PA. Expect physical work loading and unloading packages weighing up to 150 lbs, following GPS directions, and working mostly on your own throughout the shift.

Schedule

Choose from Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Wednesday–Sunday shifts, with start times around 8:00 AM. Work weeks run Saturday through Friday.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $21.50 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience, with raises tied to performance. New hires earn $18/hr during a 5–10 day paid training period. Pay goes out every two weeks, and total yearly earnings are estimated at $45,000–$50,000 or more.

Requirements

You must be at least 21 with a valid driver's license and a clean record. No commercial license is required. You'll need to pass a background check and drug screening, be able to lift up to 150 lbs with regular bending and maneuvering, know traffic safety rules, manage your time well, work independently, and communicate well with customers. Previous delivery experience helps but isn't required.
