Non-CDL Delivery Driver — $180–$225/day

Our company, a FedEx Ground contractor, needs full-time package delivery drivers working out of its Tempe, AZ terminal. You drive a company vehicle on a local route, deliver to homes and businesses, and are home every day. No CDL is needed.

Pay

• $180 to $225 per day, based on your experience, paid weekly.

• $50 extra each time you work a sixth day in a week.

• Sign-on/retention bonus of $900 every 30 days for your first 3 months. To qualify you must stay in good standing with no call-outs.

• Training is paid at $150 per day for 3 to 5 days.

• Extra incentives for attendance, safety and customer satisfaction, plus an end-of-year performance-based bonus.

Schedule

• 5 to 6 days a week, including one weekend day.

• Shifts begin at 8:00 AM and run until your route is finished. Extra workdays are available.

What you'll do

• Handle about 120 stops on a typical day.

• Pick up, scan, load and deliver packages.

• Inspect your vehicle before and after each trip.

• Follow GPS directions to deliver accurately.

Requirements

• You are at least 21 years old.

• You hold a valid driver's license and your driving record is clean.

• You will take a background check, drug test and DOT physical, all paid by the employer.

• You can lift packages weighing up to 150 lbs and work in any weather.
