Non-CDL Box Truck Route Driver — $23.00/hr, M-F No Weekends

Our company, a family-owned maintenance supply company with 30 branches nationwide, is hiring a Route Driver to run box truck deliveries out of Cleveland, OH. This is a full-time, no-CDL-required role with set weekday hours and no weekend work.

Pay

• $23.00 per hour, based on your verifiable driving experience

• Quarterly bonuses on top of hourly pay

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00am until the day's work is finished

• 40 guaranteed hours weekly, with chances for overtime

• No weekend shifts

What you'll haul

• You'll drive a box truck to move products, goods, and materials between distribution facilities and other route drivers

• Daily duties include checking fluid levels, tire pressure and condition, and overall vehicle readiness to keep the truck DOT compliant

• You're expected to deliver accurately and promptly while keeping communication open with both company staff and customers

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid driver's license

• At least 1 year of box truck driving experience

• Able to lift over 60 pounds, stand for long stretches, climb stairs and ladders, and carry items up and down steps, ramps, and walkways

• Willing to travel for one week of training
