Non-CDL Box Truck Route Driver — $23.00/Hour + Bonuses

Our company, a family-owned maintenance supply company with 30 branches nationwide, is looking for a Route Driver to run a box truck between distribution facilities and customer stops. This is a full-time, no-CDL-required role with set weekday hours and no weekend work.

Pay

• $23.00 / Hour, based on your verifiable driving experience

• Performance-based bonuses on top of base pay

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00am until the job is done

• Weekends off, plus paid holidays

What you'll haul

• You'll drive a box truck to move products, goods, and materials between distribution facilities and route drivers

• Daily duties include checking in with company and customer contacts to make sure deliveries arrive on time and accurately

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid driver's license

• At least 1 year of box truck driving experience

• Able to lift more than 60 pounds, stand for long stretches, climb stairs and ladders, and bend, stoop, and carry products up and down steps, ramps, and walkways

• Follow all traffic laws and road conditions while driving

• Complete a daily vehicle check (fluid levels, tire pressure and condition, and overall roadworthiness) to keep the truck DOT-compliant
