Non-CDL Box Truck Driver — $7,000–$8,000/Month

Our company in Wheeling, IL is looking for a reliable box truck driver to handle deliveries on set routes. You'll drive box trucks (including manual transmission models), load and unload freight, and keep customers happy along the way.

What you'll do

• Drive box trucks safely, following DOT rules and traffic laws

• Handle loading and unloading by hand, with pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment, using proper lifting technique

• Check each truck before your shift to confirm it's safe and ready to go

• Get goods to customers on time with clear, professional communication

• Help out in the warehouse with moving materials and organizing inventory when needed

• Use a mobile device or routing app to plan your stops and log delivery details

• Secure cargo correctly so nothing shifts or gets damaged in transit

Requirements

• Past experience driving a delivery vehicle, ideally a box truck or other commercial truck

• Solid understanding of traffic laws and safe driving habits for commercial vehicles

• Comfortable with manual transmissions and physical freight handling, including heavy lifting

• Background in warehouse work, including use of pallet jacks and similar equipment

• Strong customer service skills and a professional manner on deliveries

• Familiarity with navigation apps and standard load/unload procedures

• Working knowledge of DOT rules covering commercial vehicle operation and weight limits

$7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
