Non-CDL 26' Straight Truck Driver — Home Daily, Weekly Pay

Our company is looking for Non-CDL 26' straight truck drivers for an overnight dedicated delivery route supporting MOBIS North America automotive parts, based in Sulphur, KY and nearby areas. These are unattended overnight routes running Monday through Friday, with set start times and delivery windows, and you're home every day.

Pay

• $178.00 - $212.00 per day

• Paid weekly: paper checks go out Monday, direct deposit Tuesday

• Chance to earn an extra $50 per week by finishing your assigned duties, calling dispatch once the route is done, and meeting the other bonus requirements

Schedule and home time

You'll run Monday through Friday on dedicated overnight routes in the Sulphur, KY area, then head home every day. Exact routes and pay can vary depending on the assignment you're given.

What you'll haul

You'll drive a 26' straight truck delivering automotive parts to established dealership customers, loading and unloading freight along the way.

Equipment and support

AGL equips you with GPS, dispatch and scanning tools, route-management technology, and material-handling equipment like pallet jacks. An on-site dispatcher is on hand to help with route questions, delays, or any issues that come up. You'll also get paid, hands-on training before you start.

What the job involves

• Operating the 26' straight truck safely

• Loading, unloading and handling freight, including use of pallet jacks

• Sticking to your assigned route and delivery windows

• Doing pre-trip/post-trip inspections and safety checks

• Keeping accurate delivery records

• Staying in touch with dispatch about delays or problems

• Treating customers professionally

• Keeping your truck clean and in safe condition

• Working independently through the overnight hours

Requirements

• At least 26 years old

• Valid driver's license (no CDL required)

• At least 18 months of truck-driving experience; straight-truck and delivery/route experience preferred

• Clean driving record, with no DUI or reckless-driving history

• Able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs.

• Able to pass AGL's Physical Ability Test

• Has a DOT medical card, or can get one before starting

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
