No-CDL Delivery Driver — Up to $300/day, Existing FedEx Drivers

Our company is looking for delivery drivers who already hold an active FedEx ID badge to run routes out of Pittsburgh, PA. You will drive a company box truck to get packages to customers safely and on time, with a path from seasonal to permanent work over time. No CDL is needed for this role.

What you'll do

• Drive a company-provided box truck on assigned routes, following traffic laws and safety rules

• Load and unload packages, checking that each one is accurate and properly documented

• Plan efficient routes and keep the dispatch team updated on delays or issues

• Handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs, including lifting and carrying them to the door or delivery point

• Keep the vehicle clean and report any mechanical problems, accidents, or violations right away

• Treat customers professionally and represent the company well on every stop

Schedule

You'll work 6 days a week, including one weekend day.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

• Courier experience is a plus

• Good knowledge of traffic laws and safety practices

• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Must be an existing FedEx driver with an active FedEx ID badge
