Our company offers new CDL-A grads a paid mentor program to build real road experience, with a solo seat waiting once you finish.
How it works
- You'll ride along with a seasoned trainer for 4-6 weeks
- Once you complete the program, you move into your own truck as a solo driver
Pay
- Training is paid
- After training, you'll earn $1,600-$1,800 per week
- Direct deposit happens weekly

- Current Class A CDL
- Completed an accredited CDL training school
