Local Yard Driver — $23.50–$25.50/hr, Home Daily

This yard driving role with our company keeps you working in one spot all shift, shuttling trailers around the yard instead of out on the highway. Expect a steady, repeatable routine with no customer stops and minimal road time.

Pay

• Starting pay of $23.50 per hour, up to $25.50 per hour

• Extra $2.00 shift differential depending on hours worked

• Overtime pay after 40 hours

• Paid out weekly

• Referral bonus up to $2,000

Home time

• You're home every day on a consistent schedule

What you'll haul

• Trailers moved within the yard and between dock doors using drop and hook methods

• No multi-stop runs or customer deliveries involved

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license

• Clean driving history required

• Prior experience handling tractor-trailers

• Comfortable working outdoors in any weather

• Able to climb in and out of the truck repeatedly during your shift
