About this job
Our company is hiring Shuttle Bus Drivers to safely transport seniors and individuals with disabilities around Wilmington, DE. This is a local, weekday-only role with no overnight shifts, and a hiring event is being held for on-the-spot interviews.
Pay
- $18.00 per hour for non-CDL drivers
- $20.00 per hour for CDL drivers
Home time
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
- No overnight shifts
What you'll do
- Drive a shuttle bus to transport elderly and disabled passengers
- Work alongside a Bus Aide each day, and fill in as a Bus Aide when needed
- Navigate residential streets throughout Delaware in a larger vehicle
Requirements
- Prior professional driving experience (box truck, delivery truck, or larger vehicle)
- Mini-bus experience preferred
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals preferred
- Able to lift 125 lbs. unassisted
- Willing to wear a company uniform
- Flu vaccination required
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card
