About this job
Our company, a FedEx Ground contractor based in Marion, IL, is looking for box truck delivery drivers for local routes. You'll be home every night and paid weekly, no CDL needed.
What you'll haul
You'll drive a company-provided box truck delivering packages to homes and businesses in the Marion area. Expect to cover 120-200 miles a day, following GPS-guided routes with frequent stops for loading, unloading, and handling packages.
Schedule
Shifts run 10 hours, starting at 8:30 AM, 3 to 4 days a week. Pick either a Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday rotation.
Pay
Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, or a flat $160 per day, with overtime kicking in after 40 hours a week. New hires get 1 to 2 weeks of paid training at full pay. You're paid every Friday by direct deposit.

Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- No CDL required
- Able to lift up to 150 lbs and handle constant bending, lifting, and climbing in and out of the truck
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Solid grasp of traffic and safety rules
- Able to work independently and navigate by GPS
- Clear communication and a professional appearance
- Delivery or courier experience helpful but not required
