Local Gravel Truck Driver — $28.00/hr

Our company in Spruce Grove, AB is looking for a dependable gravel truck driver to haul materials to and from residential construction jobs around greater Edmonton. This is a full-time, permanent, local position paying $28.00 per hour.

Pay

What you'll haul

• Dirt, gravel and other construction materials, moved to and from residential build sites

• Local routes in and around greater Edmonton

What you'll do

• Run pre-trip and post-trip checks to keep the truck road-ready

• Load and unload materials carefully to avoid damage

• Work with site supervisors and crew to time deliveries right

• Log what you hauled and report any incidents

• Follow all safety rules and company procedures on site

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 or 3 commercial driver's licence, with 5 years of commercial driving experience

• Clean 5-year driver's abstract

• Able to drive an 18-speed transmission

• In-town trucking experience

• Solid mechanical know-how to spot and handle minor truck issues

• Good communication and a strong focus on safety and detail

• Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Spruce Grove, AB before starting
