About this job
Our company Company, a family-owned HVACR and LP equipment distributor since 1935, is looking for a Delivery Driver in Louisville, KY. You'll run local routes, handling deliveries safely and professionally while representing the branch to customers.
What you'll do
- Load, unload and safely operate the delivery truck
- Get products to customers on time
- Keep the vehicle clean and properly fueled/fluid-checked
- Fill out delivery paperwork accurately
- Represent the company professionally with customers and coworkers
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Able to obtain and keep a DOT physical card after hire
- Clean, safe driving history
- Must be 18 or older to run the forklift
- Comfortable reading maps/directions, invoices and product descriptions
- Good verbal communication and a positive attitude preferred
- Must pass pre-employment screening
Work environment
This is a safety-sensitive, fast-paced role. Expect physical work including lifting, bending and climbing, plus some exposure to outdoor temperatures.
Pay
Paid weekly, every Friday.
