About this job
Our company in Omaha, NE needs full-time and part-time local delivery drivers for FedEx Ground residential and business routes. No CDL is needed, but work-related driving experience helps, and the pay is $160 to $200 per day.
Pay
- $160 to $200 per day
- Paid training covers route procedures, equipment, customer service and driver safety
What you'll do
- Pick up and deliver packages to homes and businesses, with routes of up to 150 stops a day
- Check over your vehicle each day, including fluid levels
- Load the vehicle and organize your daily loads
- Scan packages and record every delivery and pickup accurately
- Keep the manager informed and give customers good service
Schedules
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Wednesday to Thursday
- Thursday to Monday
Requirements
- Age 21 or older, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Drug test that includes marijuana, plus random screens during employment
- DOT physical and a FedEx Ground criminal background check
- Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, or up to 150 lbs using a hand truck
- Able to climb stairs and work in any weather
- Reliable way to get to work and show up on time every day
