Local Dedicated CDL-A Driver — Home Nightly, $80K–$85K + $3,000 Bonus

Our company is looking for a CDL-A driver to haul dry bulk on dedicated runs out of York, PA. You'll be home every night, with most routes local or regional and some weekend work expected.

Pay

• $80,000-$85,000 per year

• Hard-working, flexible drivers can earn up to $100k

• $3,000 sign-on bonus

Schedule and home time

• Monday-Friday schedule with nightly home time

• Some weekends required

• Dispatch built around driver preferences

• our company covers hotel costs on any overnight trips

What you'll haul

• Dry bulk freight using pneumatic trailers

• About two-thirds of your time is spent driving; the remainder covers loading, unloading, running the pneumatic system, and working with customers

• No prior pneumatic experience needed - full training is provided

Requirements

• At least 23 years old

• Valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 1 year of tractor-trailer experience

• Experience should fall within the last 10 years, ideally the last 5

• Meets FMCSA physical and medical qualification standards, including a current medical certificate

• Not disqualified from operating a commercial motor vehicle under FMCSA rules

• Clean or acceptable driving record

• Able to safely operate and inspect equipment

• CDL must match your state of residence, or be transferred within 30 days after a recent move

Physical demands

• Lifting and carrying hoses weighing up to 50 lbs

• Climbing on and off the tractor, trailers, and railcars

• Pushing, pulling, bending, and crouching

• Walking and standing as needed, plus sitting for up to 11 hours a day

• Good manual dexterity

• Working outdoors in all kinds of weather
