Local Dedicated CDL-A Driver — $90K–$100K/Year + $5,000 Sign-On

Haul dry bulk on a local dedicated account out of Williamsport, PA. You'll spend most of your time driving, with the rest split between loading, unloading, running the pneumatic system and talking with customers. No prior pneumatic experience needed, since full training is provided.

Pay

• $90,000-$100,000 per year

• Guaranteed weekly pay

• $5,000 sign-on bonus, plus another $5,000 if you have 5 years of driving experience

What you'll haul

• Dry bulk commodities for food, plastics and other bulk shippers

• Work involves running pneumatic systems, not just driving

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL in your state of residence (or ability to transfer within 30 days of relocating)

• Minimum age 23

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years (last 3 years preferred); military driving experience counts

• HazMat endorsement preferred at some locations, but not required to start; no tanker or HazMat endorsement needed otherwise

• Must meet all FMCSA requirements and hold a valid medical certificate, with no disqualifying conditions

• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years

• No alcohol- or drug-related violations in the past 10 years

• No reckless driving convictions in the past 3 years

• No preventable DOT accidents (head-on, rollover, rear-end, jackknife, side-struck) in the past 3 years

• No more than 1 preventable road accident in the past 3 years, or 1 road plus 1 off-road, or 2 off-road accidents

• Comfortable handling paperwork and data entry accurately

• Able to lift and carry hoses up to 50 lbs, climb on trailers and railcars, bend, crouch, and sit for up to 11 hours a day in various weather conditions

Once hired, drivers are expected to keep meeting these standards or their driving privileges may be suspended; accidents are tracked under a points system.
