About this job
Our company, part of the Chambers Group of Companies, needs a local Class 1 driver based in Golden, BC. You'll haul wood chips and wood residuals around the Kootenays and into Alberta, returning home every day.
Pay
- $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
- $1,000 sign-on bonus after your 90-day probation period
- 4% vacation pay
- Overtime available
Home time
- You're home every night
What you'll haul
- Wood chips and wood residuals through the Kootenay region and Alberta
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 license with air brake endorsement
- Class 1 and Super B trailer experience are a plus but not mandatory
- Able to meet the physical demands of the role
- Clean commercial driving abstract
- A professional, safety-minded, dependable attitude
