About this job
Our company, part of Chambers Transportation Group, is looking for a local Class 1 driver to work out of Edson. You'll be home every day while hauling for one of BC's largest fibre transportation carriers, recognized repeatedly as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies.
Pay
- Starting at $36.00 per hour
- $500 bonus once you complete your 90-day probation period
Home time
- Daily home time, with local routes around Edson
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 licence with air brake endorsement
- At least one year behind the wheel in a Class 1 truck
- A full year of winter and mountain driving under your belt
- Super B and chip truck experience are pluses, not mandatory
- A clean commercial driver's abstract
- Physically able to meet the demands of the role
- A dependable, safety-focused attitude
