Local Class 1 Truck Driver — $31.29/hr

Our company is hiring a local driver to run tractor-trailer shuttle routes between its manufacturing plant and nearby warehouse in Medicine Hat, AB. You'll work a rotating 8-hour shift covering days, nights and afternoons, Monday through Friday.

Pay

• Starting at $31.29 per hour, depending on experience

What you'll haul

• Tires, rubber, raw materials and equipment moved between the plant and adjacent warehouse, plus other our company destinations and customers as needed

• Loading and unloading tires, casings, wheels and mounted wheel assemblies; forklift skills are a plus

Schedule

• Rotating 8-hour shifts covering days, nights and afternoons, Monday to Friday

• No relocation assistance offered

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 license with a clean, compliant driving record on your abstract

• At least 6 months of relevant driving experience

• High school diploma

• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship

What you'll do

• Keep delivery paperwork and vehicle maintenance records up to date

• Build and maintain good customer relationships

• Handle physical tasks like lifting, standing, bending and squatting for extended periods
