Local Class 1 Driver — Home Daily, $6,200–$7,200/Month

Our company needs a Class 1 driver for local runs around Regina, SK, moving dry van and intermodal freight. You'll sleep in your own bed every night, with occasional warehouse duties thrown in.

What you'll haul

• Dry van and intermodal containers on local Regina-area routes

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 license

• At least 2 years behind the wheel of a commercial semi

• Background handling intermodal containers

• A current commercial driver's abstract showing a clean record, required to apply

Responsibilities

• Run local delivery routes safely in your Class 1 truck

• Load and unload freight and strap it down, operating a forklift as the job calls for it

• Do full pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks

• Log your hours properly and stay within Hours of Service limits

• Pitch in on warehouse work from time to time
