Local CDL Truck Driver — $1,400–$2,000/Week

Our company in Cleveland, OH is looking for a local truck driver to handle deliveries across a mix of trailer types. You'll run daily routes near home while keeping freight secure and your paperwork in order.

Pay

• $1,400.00 - $2,000.00 per week

What you'll haul

• Tractor-trailers, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and tankers, on routes close to home

• Freight that must be loaded, secured, and unloaded by hand, with care taken to protect the cargo in transit

• Hazardous materials and other dangerous goods, following FMCSA and hazmat rules

What you'll do

• Plan and follow local delivery routes using GPS

• Check your truck before and after each trip to stay compliant with DOT standards

• Keep accurate logs of your hours, deliveries, and vehicle upkeep per FMCSA rules

• Stay in touch with dispatch on route changes, delivery progress, and any issues on the road

Requirements

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record

• Prior experience driving commercial trucks on local or regional routes

• Comfortable running refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or auto-transport equipment

• Solid understanding of FMCSA, DOT, and hazmat safety rules

• Able to drive manual transmission trucks and manage hands-on loading and unloading

• Strong route-planning skills using GPS

• Physical stamina for long shifts involving driving and manual freight work
