About this job
Our company is looking for a local flatbed driver in Fayetteville, NC. You'll run local routes, handle tarping and securement, and be home every day.
Pay
- $1,000.00 - $1,400.00 per week
- Advances available
Home time
- Home daily
- Weekends off
- Some paid holidays
What you'll haul
- Flatbed freight on local routes
- Tarping required (6ft tarps)
- All automatic transmission trucks
Requirements
- Valid CDL with a clean driving record
- 6 months of experience preferred but not required
- Flatbed securement and tarping training provided if needed
- Comfortable using GPS to plan efficient delivery routes
- Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT rules, including pre-trip/post-trip inspections, log accuracy, and shipment paperwork
- Clear communication with dispatch and customers to keep deliveries on schedule
