Local CDL Driver — Dedicated Route, Home Daily

J.B. Hunt's Dedicated Contract Services program is looking for a local driver to run steady freight for one customer out of the Tipp City, OH area. You'll get home every day and work mostly with no-touch loads.

Pay

This role runs on an activity-based pay plan that rewards safe, efficient, hard-working drivers.

• $0.63-$0.75 per mile

• $25 per hour for detention

• $20 per stop

• $30 per load on backhauls

• $200 per day for holidays worked

• $20 per hour for miscellaneous work

• $200.00 per day during new hire training

• $20 per hour for safety training

• $100 per week attendance bonus

• A $3,000.00 sign-on bonus is available for a limited time

• Drivers in this role have averaged $80,000 in annualized earnings over the past six to twelve months (actual earnings depend on training completed, paid breaks, endorsements held, tenure, equipment type and days worked per week; safety bonuses and performance incentives may also apply)

Freight is dedicated to a single customer, and most of it is no-touch. The location has onsite management, and orientation is completed online and is paid.
