Local CDL-B Delivery Driver — Monday–Friday Day Shift

Our company is hiring a local delivery driver in Export, PA to haul compressed gas cylinders to business customers in the area. You'll drive a company-provided straight or box truck, work Monday through Friday on day shift, and build ongoing relationships with the accounts you serve.

What you'll do

• Load, transport and unload compressed gas cylinders at customer sites and company locations

• Track deliveries and pickups on a load manifest and get customer signatures

• Bring back empty, rejected or unsold cylinders to the branch or plant for refilling

• Follow our company's SAFECOR safety program and DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA and OSHA rules

• Pitch in on warehouse or dock tasks when needed

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License

• Valid DOT medical card

• Hazmat and airbrake endorsements

• At least 1 year of Class A or B driving experience in the past 5 years, or a diploma from an accredited driving school in place of experience

• Clean driving history: no more than 2 convictions or 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years, or no more than 1 conviction plus 1 at-fault accident in that time

• Minimum age 21

• Able to read and understand material safety data sheets

• Able to lift 25-75 lbs regularly, and occasionally 76-125+ lbs with equipment assistance

• Able to drive with hazardous cargo for shifts up to 8 hours and to bend frequently

• Comfortable working independently under deadline pressure

• Willing to obtain forklift certification
