Local CDL-B Delivery Driver — $500 Referral Bonus

Our company in Fort Lauderdale, FL needs a local CDL-B driver to deliver compressed gas cylinders and Dewars to business customers using a company-provided truck. You'll work a consistent Monday-Friday morning schedule with occasional weekend shifts.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, starting between 6:30 and 7:30am

• Occasional Saturday and Sunday shifts to support the team and customers

• Averages 40-50 hours per week

What you'll do

• Check your vehicle before and after each trip

• Load and unload cylinders, Dewars and supplies

• Deliver to customer sites on time, using a hand cart to move product

• Secure and unsecure cylinders safely

• Get in and out of the truck frequently throughout the day

• Build good working relationships with customers

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL with airbrake endorsement; HAZMAT endorsement required, or you can obtain it within 60 days of hire

• Current driver's license, medical card and endorsements kept up to date

• No more than 2 traffic convictions or 2 at-fault accidents in the past 3 years (or 1 of each)

• No DUI or controlled substance violations in the past 7 years

• Able to work in a drug-free workplace

• Able to lift 75 lbs regularly and move loads over 125 lbs with material handling equipment

• At least 1 year of CDL driving experience in the past 5 years, or a certificate of completion from a trucking school within the last 12 months

• Forklift experience is a plus
