Local CDL-A Water Truck Driver — Home Daily, Tanker Endorsement Required

Ute Oilfield Water Services needs CDL-A drivers to haul water for oilfield sites in the Uintah Basin, based out of Roosevelt, UT. All routes are local, so you'll be home every day, with no overnight or long-haul driving.

Pay

Hourly wage, set based on your experience. Signing bonus and other bonus opportunities are available.

Schedule

Full-time, local and dedicated routes, home daily, at least 40 hours a week. Work days include weekdays, holidays and weekends as needed.

What you'll haul

You'll drive water trucks between oilfield locations, moving water and other liquids and unloading them on site.

What the job involves

• Driving safely to and from oilfield sites

• Loading, hauling and unloading water or other liquids

• Doing pre- and post-trip inspections and keeping DOT-compliant logs

• Staying in touch with dispatch and field staff

• Working outside in all weather

• Handling basic truck and equipment checks

• Other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Valid Utah CDL-A with tanker endorsement

• Clean driving record

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 2 years of CDL driving experience

• Previous experience hauling liquids

• Able to lift 30 pounds or more

• Comfortable working in hot and cold conditions

• Basic mechanical knowledge of heavy trucks

It's a plus if you've run water or vacuum trucks before, worked in oilfield, industrial or construction transport, or know the Uintah Basin oilfield scene.
