Local CDL-A Vactor Truck Driver — $25–$30/hr, Path to Drain Technician

Our company in Hudson, NH is hiring a CDL Class A driver to operate Vactor trucks, with a clear path to becoming a Drain Technician. No drain-cleaning background is needed going in — you'll learn the trade through hands-on work while driving.

Pay

• Starts at $25.00-$30.00 per hour while training as a driver and laborer

• Expect at least 40 hours a week

• Once promoted to Drain Technician, pay switches to commission on completed jobs, with potential total earnings of $120,000-$160,000+ per year

• A sign-on bonus is offered, with the amount tied to experience and paid out after 90 days of steady employment

What you'll do

• Drive and operate CDL Class A Vactor trucks safely

• Move and set up equipment at homes and businesses

• Work alongside the team learning how to clear drain and sewer blockages

• Follow DOT rules, company driving policies and job-site safety steps

• Keep accurate records of completed work

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed

• After promotion, expect weekend, holiday and on-call rotation work

Requirements

• Current CDL Class A

• A clean driving history

• Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds and working outside in any weather

• Reliable, punctual, and open to learning a hands-on trade

• Available for overtime and on-call shifts once promoted
