About this job
Our company is looking for full-time CDL-A drivers to run local, dedicated routes out of Lebanon, PA. No prior trucking experience is required, since full training is provided from day one, and you'll be home every day.
Pay
- Annual earnings of $78,000-$88,400
- Weekly pay typically runs $1,500-$1,700
- Pay is calculated at $0.68-$0.75 per mile depending on experience
- Sign-on bonus of $2,000-$4,000
Home time
You return home every day on consistent local routes with reliable scheduling.
What you'll haul
- Dry van, no-touch freight on dedicated lanes, so you're not loading or unloading
- Same customers and routes week to week
- Expect to cover 1,500-2,000 miles weekly
- Trucks are late-model automatics, 2022 or newer, paired with dry van trailers
Schedule
Work 5 or 6 days a week, with both day and night shifts available.
Requirements
- Current CDL-A license
- At least 21 years old
- Clean driving history, with no SAP program or DUI in your background
- Able to pass a DOT physical exam and a pre-employment drug test
- Live within 50 miles of Lebanon, PA
What the job involves
You'll handle your truck safely on local runs, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, keep your ELD logs accurate, follow DOT and company safety rules, and stay in touch with dispatch on your progress.
