Local CDL-A Truck Driver — Home Daily, Average $70,000/Year

Our company, the dedicated carrier owned by Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc., is looking for local CDL-A drivers in the Hermitage, TN 37076 area. You'll be back home every night, hauling easy no-touch freight on short regional runs.

Pay

• Earn $0.58-$0.64 per mile

• Average $70,000 per year, or about $1,100 to $1,200 per week

• New drivers are guaranteed at least $4,300 over their first 4 weeks, with no limit on what you can earn above that: $1,300 guaranteed in week 1, and $1,000 guaranteed (top earners make more) in weeks 2, 3 and 4

• Detention pay of $22.50/hr starting after only 30 minutes

• Breakdown pay of $21/hr, tracked in 15-minute increments

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

• Quarterly bonuses tied to productivity (mileage) and safety performance

Home time

You're home every single day, no exceptions. Choose between two schedule options: a Morning Birds shift (Sun-Thurs, 1300-0100) or a Night Owls shift (Mon-Fri, 1700-0500 or 1800-0600).

What you'll haul

• All freight is no-touch

• 80% of loads are drop and hook, keeping wait times short

• Routes stay within a 250-mile radius

Equipment

• 2024 or newer automatic Mack Anthem trucks, governed at 68 MPH

• Samsara ELD mobile device supplied

• Full-service fleet maintenance shops available across the network

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving

• 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer interstate experience in the last 24 months

• Clean driving history (7-year MVR reviewed) and a strong safety record

• Able to meet and maintain DOT physical standards
