About this job
Our company is hiring new CDL-A drivers for a dedicated local run based in Oak Park, IL. You'll be back home every night, no overnight trips, and training is provided even if you've never driven professionally before. Both day and night shifts are open.
Pay
- $1,300-$1,400 weekly, which works out to $67,600-$72,800 a year
- Your per-mile rate depends on your experience level
Home time
- Every day is a home day, no overnight hauls
What you'll haul
- Dedicated dry van loads, no touch freight, in 48'-53' trailers
- You'll run newer automatic-transmission trucks
- Expect roughly 2,200 miles weekly
Requirements
- Active CDL-A, no prior experience required
- At least 21 years old
- Clean driving history, with no DUI record and no SAP program involvement
- Able to pass a DOT physical exam and a drug test before starting
- Live within 50 miles of Oak Park, IL
