About this job
Our company is hiring a local CDL-A driver out of Coudersport, PA. You start early in the morning, deliver grocery freight on a multi-stop route, and are home every day.
Pay
- Weekly pay between $1,210 and $1,420, built from an hourly component plus safety bonuses
- Guaranteed minimum of $1,210 a week
- A safety bonus is paid every 6 months
- Paycheck arrives every Wednesday
Home time and schedule
- Home daily, with Saturday nights guaranteed off
- Early morning start times
What you'll do
- Drive a commercial vehicle (tractor-trailer or box truck) to deliver product to customers
- Unload and handle ambient or temperature-sensitive goods at roughly 3 to 10 stops a day
- Check your equipment before and after runs and keep inspection records as regulations require
Requirements
- Class A CDL and a valid DOT medical card
- Minimum age of 21
- About a year of recent tractor-trailer experience, or completion of a company-approved CDL school
- Follow FMCSR, DOT and company safety rules
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude
