Local CDL-A Truck Driver — $32.50/hr, Home Daily

This Methuen, MA night-shift local route has you driving a tractor-trailer with palletized freight, dock-to-dock, and getting home after every shift.

Pay

• Starting pay is $32.50 per hour, with time-and-a-half for anything over 40 hours a week

• A typical 60-hour week is expected to gross around $2,275

• Runs beyond 315 miles pay $0.77 per mile instead

• A retention bonus of up to $7,500 may be available

Home time

• You're home after every shift and get two consecutive days off each week

What you'll haul

• Palletized grocery freight in 53-foot tractor-trailers, delivering to and picking up from stores

• Mostly local runs using well-kept, modern equipment

Requirements

• Class A CDL valid for interstate driving

• At least 2 years of CDL-A driving experience

• 21 years or older

• Comfortable handling palletized loads up to 50 lbs

• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Clean driving record
